FAQs
The Blog
In the delivery room, seconds separate life from death. Saving a newborn's life is a great achievement. But teaching others how to do it... that is completely different. This is the difference between a distinguished healthcare practitioner and a certified Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor.
The NRP Instructor course, accredited by the Saudi Heart Association (SHA) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), is your gateway to becoming more than just a rescuer; it is your opportunity to become a maker of rescuers . This advanced course is designed to qualify healthcare professionals capable of training others in neonatal resuscitation skills according to the latest global guidelines.
But being an instructor does not only mean knowing the scientific content. You need real training skills: How to explain simply? How to design simulation scenarios that mimic reality? How to correct mistakes gently and effectively? How to provide feedback that builds confidence and improves performance? .
This course gives you all of that: from the principles of neonatal resuscitation instruction, to managing training sessions, to evaluating trainee competence. Through hands-on simulation training, you will learn how to lead a team, how to communicate effectively under pressure, and how to save lives – not only with your own hands but with the hands of those you train .
