Be Pioneer platform is committed to providing an effective and safe communication environment for trainees and instructors through multiple channels, including: interactive discussions embedded within each training program for exchanging ideas and inquiries, and email for formal communication with the platform team and instructors.

Communication Ethics


In line with Be Pioneer's values and commitment to a respectful and safe training environment, all trainees are required to adhere to the following communication standards: maintaining mutual respect in all interactions, refraining from any offensive, degrading, or harassing comments, avoiding discussions of a political or religious nature, keeping contributions focused on the training content of the program, and upholding intellectual integrity by not appropriating others' ideas.

Procedures for Violations of Communication Ethics


Be Pioneer platform applies a graduated response when a breach of communication ethics is confirmed, beginning with a written warning to the trainee outlining the nature of the violation, followed by a temporary suspension of communication privileges within the platform if the behavior is repeated, and culminating in the trainee's suspension from the training program and referral to management for appropriate regulatory action.

The platform team is committed to responding to all inquiries within 24 hours of receipt and addressing reports related to violations within 48 hours from the date they are submitted.
