What is Electronic Attendance
Electronic attendance via the Be Pioneer platform is fully equivalent to in-person attendance. Attendance is automatically recorded through the platform's tracking system, in accordance with the standards of accredited training bodies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Minimum Attendance Requirement
Trainees are required to attend a minimum of 80% of the total program hours. Absences are permitted up to a maximum of 20% of program hours.
Non-Compliance Procedures
If a trainee fails to meet the minimum attendance requirement, the following measures apply:
Ineligibility for the completion certificate due to insufficient attendance.
Re-enrollment in the training program is required.
Note that attendance alone does not guarantee program completion — all requirements must be fulfilled.
