Assessment and Tasks Policy
Be Pioneer platform adopts an integrated assessment system for training programs exceeding one month in duration, aimed at measuring trainee progress and ensuring the achievement of targeted learning outcomes.
Types of Assessment
Tests and Evaluations: Electronic assessments conducted at the end of each unit or training phase to verify the trainee's level of knowledge acquisition.
Activities and Practical Exercises: Periodic applied tasks embedded within the program content, designed to reinforce concepts and develop the trainee's practical skills.
Final Project: A comprehensive applied project completed by the trainee at the end of the program, reflecting their mastery of the skills and knowledge acquired throughout the training.
Cumulative Assessment: The final grade is calculated based on the trainee's overall performance across all assessment elements throughout the duration of the program.
Attendance and Passing Standards
Attendance Rate: Trainees are required to attend a minimum of 80% of the total program hours, with absences permitted up to a maximum of 20%.
Assessment Passing Rate: A minimum score of 60% is required to pass each assessment, with the final grade calculated based on the cumulative performance across all assessment elements.
Content Completion Rate: Trainees must complete 90% of the program content before sitting for the final assessment.
Procedures in Case of Failure
If a trainee fails to pass any assessment element, they will be given the opportunity to retake it in accordance with the guidelines specified for each program, under the direct supervision of the responsible instructor.
