Refund Policy
To ensure transparency and protect the rights of all parties, Onaizah Colleges applies the following refund policy:
100% Refund: If the program is canceled or postponed, or if an error occurs on the part of Onaizah Colleges.
85% Refund: If the trainee requests to withdraw before the program start date.
70% Refund: If the trainee withdraws after the program has started, provided the request is made during the first day only. (This does not apply to one-day training programs.)
0% Refund: If the trainee withdraws after the first day of the program has ended, or fails to attend the program without prior notice.
Note: Refunds are calculated based on the amount of tuition fees paid. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the program administration in accordance with the approved refund policy.
