9. Compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law

Kan Raidan Platform complies with all provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, issued under Royal Decree No. M/19 and supervised by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). The platform is committed to ensuring trainees’ rights to access their personal data, correct it, and request its deletion in accordance with the provisions of the law.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or the Platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
