About Program
The Governance and Compliance Fellowship is an advanced and specialized program aimed at preparing expert and professional specialists in the fields of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. The program combines a deep understanding of the principles of good governance, regulatory frameworks, risk management, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering practices, and corporate ethics, along with direct practical application in real work environments.

Goals
- Preparing specialized experts in governance and compliance capable of leading corporate governance programs
- Developing an in-depth understanding of good governance principles and OECD and G20/OECD standards
- Mastering the application of Saudi governance standards and Capital Market Authority regulations
- Developing the ability to design and implement integrated compliance systems
- Gaining comprehensive knowledge of enterprise risk management and frameworks such as COSO and ISO 31000
- Mastering anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CFT) in line with FATF standards
- Developing internal auditing and compliance monitoring skills
- Gaining a deep understanding of business ethics and corporate codes of conduct
- Mastering disclosure, transparency, and whistleblower protection mechanisms
- Developing the ability to prepare governance and compliance reports for boards of directors

Requirements and Conditions
- A bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least two years of professional experience in management or related fields (preferred)
